You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Eligible Returns
You can request a return or exchange if your item:
Arrived damaged or defective
Was printed incorrectly or has a manufacturing flaw
Is the wrong item (e.g. size, design, or style doesn't match your order)
If your return meets the criteria above, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Customised items — including any products with personalised names, numbers, colours, or designs — are strictly non-returnable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

Your full name and order number
A brief explanation of the issue
Clear photo(s) showing the problem, if applicable
We’ll review your request within 2–3 working days and provide instructions. If approved, you’ll receive either a replacement or a refund.
5. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Return Shipping
In most cases, we will not require the item to be sent back. If we do, and the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
First, check your bank account again
Then contact your card provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
